Particle Physics, Astrophysics and Cosmology with Forbidden Neutrinos

摘要

Astrophysical and cosmological consequences of a standard $\nu_{\tau}$ of (15+- 3) keV/c^{2} mass are discussed in the light of the recent results of thesolar, atmospheric and LSND neutrino experiments and theoretical prejudices.
